Stress

stress- a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from very demanding circumstances.

Stress is a very big thing in this world that everybody goes through. Some people find very unique ways to deal with stress. Some of the ways are good like exercising or doing some work or cleaning. But some people deal with it in bad ways like eating, drugs, or alcohol. I believe people who go through stress just need to find positive things and know that everything will get better.

I love my life but there are times in it when I get stressed and just need to relax and not think about it. Basketball and school give me the most stress and to relieve it I like to just watch tv or work out to keep my mind off it. I just always keep in mind that everything will get better and I just have to stay positive and try and forget all the bad things that happened.
